U.S. Air Force Chief Jeff Stout of the 90th Expeditionary Fighter Squadron runs while carrying the Prisoner of War/Missing in Action (POW/MIA) flag during a 24 hour remembrance run for those who were prisoners of war and those who are still missing in action, Sept. 16, 2022 at Łask Air Base, Poland. The 90th EFS forward deployed to Poland in support of NATO’s Air Shielding mission to enhance the defense posture on NATO’s eastern flank. 43 men and women of the 90th carried the flag for more than 160 miles over the 24 hour period to demonstrate that the American prisoners of war and missing in action are not forgotten.
