Donald Hopkins, the Staff Noncommissioned Officer in Charge of Recruiting Substation Tupelo, joined the Great American Rivalry Series to present the Scholar Athlete Award to Lafayette High School football player Radley Hill, during the opening of the annual football game at the Oxford Junior High School football stadium in Oxford, Mississippi, Sep. 16, 2022. GARS highlights long-standing high school rivalries through a series of football games across the nation, along with the opportunity for individual players to earn Scholar Athlete and Most Valuable Player awards.
