Commonly known as an “Elephant Walk,” a group of six U.S. Air Force C-130 Hercules aircraft from the Georgia Air National Guard’s 165th Airlift Wing are on the taxiway prior to take off in Garden City, Georgia on Sept 11, 2022. The entire 165th AW fleet of C-130H aircraft was modernized with NP-2000 eight blade propellers and T-56 3.5 engines. The eight-bladed propellers deliver more power and efficiency while reducing maintenance labor. (U.S. Air National Guard photo by Tech. Sgt. Jamila Haven)
