SOUTH CHINA SEA (Sept. 19, 2022) Operations Specialist 2nd Class Travelle Dejarnette, from Virginia Beach, Virginia, tracks surface vessels on the bright bridge console aboard Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Higgins (DDG 76) while conducting a replenishment-at-sea with Henry J. Kaiser-class replenishment oiler USNS Big Horn (T-AO 198) in the South China Sea, Sept. 19. Higgins is assigned to Commander, Task Force 71/Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 15, the Navy’s largest forward-deployed DESRON and the U.S. 7th fleet’s principal surface force.
