David Beckmann works as a biological technician trainee in the early 1990s at Fort McCoy, Wis. At the time, Beckmann was also a student with the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. Beckmann went on to work for 32 years at Fort McCoy as a wildlife biologist helping begin a number of programs that were among the first to ever take place in the Army and in Wisconsin.
