Johnny Wolfe, Jr., Director, Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) signs the official condolence book for Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II at the British Embassy. Wolfe’s visit underscored the importance of the special relationship between the United States and the United Kingdom, which includes the Polaris Sales Agreement, an international agreement established between the U.S. and the UK in April 1963.
