Vice Adm. Jim Kilby, deputy commander, U.S. Fleet Forces Command (USFFC) and commander, Task Force 80, speaks to Naval IW Advanced Weapons School (NIWAWS) Warfare Tactics Instructor (WTI) students during a visit to Naval Information Warfighting Development Center (NIWDC) Sept. 22. The course is designed to provide junior officers, warrant officers, and senior enlisted IW experts the skills and knowledge to provide training and guidance to IW operators and watch standers throughout the Fleet.
