Jim Kilby, deputy commander, U.S. Fleet Forces Command (USFFC) and commander, Task Force 80, speaks to Naval IW Advanced Weapons School (NIWAWS) Warfare Tactics Instructor (WTI) students during a visit to Naval Information Warfighting Development Center (NIWDC) Sept. 22.
