The P707 Bachelor Enlisted Quarters located on Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) New River, North Carolina, undergoes construction on Sept. 22, 2022. Four years ago, the Marine Corps Base (MCB) Camp Lejeune area experienced the wettest tropical cyclone on record in the Carolinas. Today, $3.6 billion in new construction and repairs are flourishing across the base and air stations with a heavy emphasis on ensuring the new infrastructure is able to withstand future weather events.
