U.S. Marine Corps Joint Light Tactical Vehicles support long-range communications on Camp Courtney, Okinawa, Japan, Sept. 30, 2022. 3d Marine Division headquarters, based in Okinawa, is exercising command and control for two concurrent large-scale bilateral exercises with key allies, Resolute Dragon 22 in Hokkaido, Japan and KAMANDAG 6 across Luzon, Batanes, and Palawan in the Philippines. KAMANDAG 6 and Resolute Dragon 22 are important components to maintaining the readiness and defensive capabilities of the U.S.-Philippines alliance and the U.S.-Japan alliance.
