U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Emelia Soli, 319th Force Support Squadron noncommissioned officer in charge of fitness and sports, and Col. Del Rivera, 319th Reconnaissance Wing vice commander, cut a ribbon Sept. 23, 2022, signifying the reopening of the rock wall in the fitness center at Grand Forks Air Force Base, North Dakota. The wall was closed in April 2021 after a water pipe burst, flooding the entry way of the gym and damaging the roof and floors. (U.S. Air Force photo by Senior Airman Phyllis Jimenez)
