Tony Curella of the Florida Forest Service and Army Veteran Leslie Frazier were presented with a command-sponsored coin by U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Jacksonville District Commander Col. James L. Booth. The two samaritans went out of their way to get tools and an air compressor to help fill the tire with air in Labelle, Fla. Building relationships with the communities the Jacksonville district serves is critical to being of service.
