SOUTH CHINA SEA (Sept. 28, 2022) Fireman Amir Elbarouki, from Philadelphia, performs maintenance on a high-pressure air compressor in the engine room aboard Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Higgins (DDG 76) while conducting routine operations in the South China Sea, Sept. 28.
