    Brig. Gen. Daniel Hibner, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers South Atlantic Division Commander, following an overflight of areas impacted by Hurricane Ian Sept. 30, 2022 in Clearwater, Florida. BG Hibner flew with the Coast Guard while the team conducted search and rescue operations in response to the damages caused by Hurricane Ian at Coast Guard Air Station Clearwater.
