U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Jacob Koe, 81st Expeditionary Rescue Squadron (ERQS) HC-130J, Combat King II loadmaster, prepares to board an HC-130J at Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, Sept. 7, 2022, in preparation for a tactical air refueling mission.
