U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Luz Guerrero, an inventory management specialist with Combat Logistics Regiment 3, 3d Marine Logistics Group, is promoted to the rank of sergeant during Exercise KAMANDAG 6 at Subic Bay International Airport, Philippines, Oct. 1, 2022. Guerrero, a native of Miami, Florida, graduated from Doral Academy Preparatory School in 2016 and enlisted out of Recruiting Sub Station Hialeah in 2016. KAMANDAG is an annual bilateral exercise between the Armed Forces of the Philippines and U.S. military designed to strengthen interoperability, capabilities, trust, and cooperation built over decades of shared experiences.
