Colonel Timothy Hudson, Tulsa District Commander, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, presents the Fiscal Year 2021 Army Industrial Operations Safety Award to Shane Roe and the Marine Maintenance Unit employees, October 5, 2022. Roe oversees a team of 21 maintenance workers who engage in high-hazard operations daily. Over the past three years the team logged nearly 55,000 combined hours of work without lost time due to injuries, property damage accidents or workers’ compensation claims.
