NAVAL STATION MAYPORT, Fla. (Oct. 6, 2022) - Vice Adm. Jim Kilby, commander of Task Force 80 and deputy commander of U.S. Fleet Forces, addresses the crew during an all-hands call while visiting the Freedom-variant littoral combat ship USS Sioux City (LCS 11). Sioux City recently returned from a historic deployment to the 5th Fleet and 6th Fleet areas of responsibility. Sioux City is one of four ships assigned to Commander, Surface Division 21.
