Aviation Boatswain's Mate (Fuels) Airman Juan Valera, from Anchorage, Alaska, assigned to the first-in-class aircraft carrier USS Gerald R. Ford’s (CVN 78) air department, refuels an F/A-18E Super Hornet, attached to the "Ragin' Bulls" of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 37, on the flight deck, Oct. 8, 2022. The Gerald R.
