U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Deputy Commanding General for Civil and Emergency Operations MG Butch Graham along with USACE South Atlantic Division Commander BG Daniel Hibner stopped by the Emergency Operations Center – Forward in Sarasota, FL while they circulated the areas in southwest Florida recovering from Hurricane Ian, October 11, 2022.
During their stop at the EOC they heard about how the Corps of Engineers team is supporting the unified response, how technology is being leveraged to help respond more quickly, and recognized a few individuals who have went above and beyond to help the residents of Florida recover.
