U.S. Coast Guard Training Center Cape May participated in the Cape May County Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program, Oct. 12, 2022, on base.

The program is designed to develop informed, committed and qualified business, community, and civic leaders for the benefit of the Cape May area. Using models established by successful Leadership programs held around the United States, this program combines classroom learning with field experience to grow skills as a leader.
