SATTAHIP, Thailand (Oct. 11, 2022) Sailors lower the flag staff on the flight deck aboard Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Higgins (DDG 76) after a scheduled port visit in Sattahip, Thailand, Oct. 11.
