Retired Rear Adm. Robert J. Bianchi, Chief Executive Officer, Navy Exchange Service Command, celebrates the Navy’s 247th birthday with the traditional cake cutting. Per tradition, he cuts the cake alongside the oldest Sailor, Cmdr. Terri Gabriel, NEXCOM Deputy Commander Uniform Programs and the youngest Sailor, Lt. Tyrell Yorke, ILS Intern, NEXCOM Uniform Program Management Office.
