Lt. Col. Lisa Jaster, the first Army Reserve female and mother to complete U.S. Army Ranger School, talks work-life support during Association of the United States Army's Warrior's Corner at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, D.C., Oct. 12, 2022. Jaster encouraged the audience to figure out what is not important in life and let it go. "If you don't know what you want, you end up with a lot that you don't," said Jaster.
