Sharon House, Naval Hospital Jacksonville director, explains proposed upgrades and future pharmacy changes to Robert Goodman, Chief Financial Officer / Director, Financial Operations Directorate (J8) for the Defense Health Agency, and other hospital leaders. During a routine site visit, Goodman met hospital leadership, received a command brief, and toured various departments. Goodman and his team oversee the financial management and facilities operations of the medical military treatment facilities and the TRICARE Managed Care Support Contracts.
