    21st Theater Sustainment Command

Quality of Life organizational members from the 21st Theater Sustainment Command, G1 Army Morale, Welfare, and Recreation, American Red Cross, Army and Air Force Exchange Service, Stars and Stripes, USO and two 21st TSC employees take a group photo after being recognized by U.S. Army Maj. Gen. James Smith, commanding general, 21st TSC, at Panzer Kaserne, Kaiserslautern, Germany, October 17, 2022.

Over the last year, the organizations have directly supported over 30,000 Service Members, thousands of Afghan travelers and those affected from the Ukraine Crises during Operation Allies Refuge, Operation Allies Welcome, and Operation European Assure, Deter and Reinforce. Quality of Life programs ensure the Army’s people are the No. 1 priority by enriching their lives by means of safety, health, and well-being and reducing stress and uncertainty while increasing Army readiness.
