U.S. Air Forces in Europe and Air Forces Africa

U.S. Air Force maintainers assigned to the 90th Expeditionary Fighter Squadron conduct post-flight procedures for the F-22 Raptors arriving at Leeuwarden Air Base, Netherlands, Oct. 16, 2022. The 90th EFS forward deployed from Poland to the Netherlands to conduct agile combat employment (ACE) and integrate with the Royal Netherlands Air Force. This integration marks the first time in history that USAF F-22 Raptors have operated out of the Netherlands and highlights the importance of our shared commitment to defend NATO territory. Continued collaboration and integration on ACE alongside our RNLAF counterparts and other NATO Allies improves the resilience and survivability of coalition airpower.
