A U.S. Air Force F-4 Phantom II is returning to Holloman Air Force Base on November 18, 2008 after be painted at the Air National Guard Paint Facility in by Sioux City, Iowa. The F-4 was the workhorse fighter bomber for both the Air Force and the Navy during the Vietnam War, primarily providing close air support.
