Hart, Naval Junior Officers Training Corps (NJROTC) Program Deputy Director and Operations Manager, thanks North Chicago Community High School NJROTC cadets during a Naval Station (NAVSTA) Great Lakes tour. NAVSTA Great Lakes leads recurring community engagement tours with NJROTC, Boy Scouts of America and other youth groups and local schools.
