KEY WEST, Fla. – (Oct. 18, 2022) – Dr. Jamie Lyle, a scientist with the Scientists-to-Sea Program tours the MARTAC T-38 Devil Ray boat built by Maritime Tactical Systems during the Navy’s Fleet Experimentation Program (FLEX), held at Naval Air Station Key West, Fla., Oct. 18, 2022.
