NMRTC Yokosuka Staff Education and Training (SEAT) Department Head CDR Kennedy and Sailors partnered with the SEAT Department Head MAJ Young and the 459th Airlift Squadron of Yokota Air Base to execute an element of the Mass Casualty drill which includes UH-1N helicopter transport of injured individuals. Sailors dressed in moulage simulated mass casualty victims and were positioned into the helicopter for medical transport. NMRTC Yokosuka Sailors standby with simulated casualties as the helicopter approaches.
