POTI, Georgia (Oct. 13, 2022) Utilitiesman 3rd Class Gilbert Barahona, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11, vibrates concrete to achieve proper consolidation with a Georgian counterpart for the Railhead Project in Poti, Georgia, Oct. 13, 2022.
