    U.S. Marines with Maritime Raid Force, 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit, exchange information about radar systems with Philippine reconnaissance Marines as part of persistence and reconnaissance training during KAMANDAG 6 in Dadao, Calayan Island, Philippines, Oct. 4, 2022. The combined training gave U.S. and Philippine reconnaissance Marines an opportunity to share tactics, techniques, and procedures. KAMANDAG is an annual bilateral exercise between the Armed Forces of the Philippines and the U.S. military designed to strengthen interoperability, capabilities, trust, and cooperation built over decades of shared experiences.
