Fleet Readiness Center East Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Logistics Department Head Stephen Barrow, recently earned recognition as the Navy’s top civilian logistician when Deputy Chief of Naval Operations for Fleet Readiness and Logistics Vice Adm. Ricky Williamson recognized him with the 2021 Admiral Stan Arthur Award for Civilian Logistician of the Year.
