Eleven Coast Guard members stand ready Thursday in Yorktown, Virginia to present a single white rose to symbolize each life lost on the anniversary of the sinking of the USCGC Cuyahoga (WIX 157) after it collided with the Argentine-flagged M/V Santa Cruz II.
