YOKOSUKA, Japan (Oct. 21, 2022) Rear Admiral Rick Seif, commander, Submarine Group 7, speaks during the FY23 Chief Petty Officer (CPO) Pinning Ceremony for Commander, Submarine Group 7, Defense Service Office Pacific, and Commander, Naval Forces Japan (CNFJ) held at the CNFJ auditorium onboard Fleet Activities Yokosuka, Oct. 21, 2022. Seven Chief Petty Officer Selects were promoted to the rank of Chief Petty Officer during the ceremony.
