Soldiers participating in the Combat Medic Specialist Training Program provide medical attention to a simulated patient during their field training portion of the program, Sep. 29, 2022 at Joint Base San Antonio-Camp Bullis, Tx. The training scenarios are based on lessons learned from battlefields and include operations based both inside and outside the Foward Operating Base. The scenarios include operating a battalion aid station, dismounted combat patrols, mounted patrols, convoy operations, FOB security and reacting to both direct and indirect attacks.
