YOKOSUKA, Japan (Oct. 21, 2022) – Chief Legalman Luisa Rosado De Los Santos salutes the sideboys after being promoted to chief petty officer during the chief petty officer pinning ceremony aboard U.S. 7th Fleet flagship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19) Oct. 21, 2022. Nine selectees were promoted to the rank of chief petty officer during the ceremony. Blue Ridge is the oldest operational ship in the Navy and, as 7th Fleet command ship, actively works to foster relationships with allies and partners in the Indo-Pacific region.
