Members from Barrier Island Ocean Rescue and Priority 1 Air Rescue teams watch members of the FBI Hostage Rescue Team (HRT) use an H-60M Black Hawk helicopter to lift swimmers from the Charleston Harbor during search and rescue training Aug. 4, 2022, Charleston, South Carolina. HRT training was supported by local law enforcement and maritime agencies. The Priority 1 Air Rescue team taught rescue procedures for FBI personnel onboard H-60M Black Hawk helicopters.
