A French Desert Commando Course (FDCC) pin sits on a U.S. Navy Sailor's uniform, who is assigned to Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa, at Centre Dentrainment Au Combat (CECAD), Djibouti, Sept. 22, 2022, during the conclusion of the FDCC.
