YOKOSUKA, Japan (Oct. 26, 2022) — Builder Constructionman Apprentice Shaun Gilliam, attached to Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command/Public Works Department Yokosuka, left, and Builder 2nd Class Logan Dess, attached Public Works Department Yokosuka, lock together fence segments for a new dog park at its construction site beside Berkey Field onboard Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY). For more than 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet’s forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
