Lt. Col. Bryan Shoupe, 425th Air Base Squadron commander, greets new members of the 425 ABS during a newcomers brief in the Izmir Consolidated Center in Izmir, Turkey, Oct. 13, 2022. The 425th ABS provides administrative agent support to U.S. personnel at NATO Allied Land Command Headquarters and six other associated units in Izmir. The 425th is a geographically separated unit under the 39th Air Base Wing at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey.
