Seaman Joshua Whitaker, assigned to the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Ramage (DDG 61), chocks and chains an MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter, attached to the “Tridents” of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 9, during flight operations as part of the Gerald R.
