Members of the U.S. Embassy Civil Affairs Team Philippines and 1st Special Operations Squadron unload medical donation supplies at Basco Airport, Batanes, Philippines, Oct. 6, 2022, in support of KAMANDAG 6, an exercise taking place in various locations across the Philippines.
