“I had just finished teaching a Lance Corporal Seminar,” says Mante when reflecting on his decision to re-enlist. “The Marines in that course really motivated me and showed me that the Marine Corps is heading in the right direction. They just need leadership in order to help them prosper in the Marine Corps.”
