Katherine M. Overstrum, from Wallingford, CT, runs in the 47th Marine Corps Marathon race on October 30, 2022, Arlington, VA. Organized by the men and women of the Unites States Marine Corps, the 47th MCM is the first live event since 2019. The 26.2 mile race drew roughly 20,000 participants, more than 2,200 Marines and Sailors, and 1,500 civilian volunteers.
