221026-N-XB010-1009 PHILIPPINE SEA (Oct. 26, 2022) – Aviation Boatswain’s Mate (Aircraft Handling) 3rd Class Jaquan Morgan, from Bronx, New York, center, signals to an MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter assigned to the “Golden Falcons” of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 12 that chocks and chains were successfully removed on the forward-deployed amphibious transport dock ship USS New Orleans’ (LPD 18) flight deck while in the Philippine Sea. New Orleans, assigned to Task Force 76/3, joined forces with The Ronald Reagan Carrier Strike Group to conduct combined integrated operations with maritime forces from Canada and Japan to experiment with naval concepts in support of a free and open Indo-Pacific.
