NEW BOSTON SPACE FORCE STATION, N.H. – Pictured are remnants of a P-51 Mustang which crashed on Jan. 14, 1949, at New Boston Space Force Station, N.H., Sept. 16, 2022. The pilot of the aircraft, Capt. Elmer V. Kramer, 95th Fighter Squadron pilot, was participating in a dive-bombing and rocket training mission with five other P-51 Mustangs.
