    Rob Hoff, USACE debris subject matter expert and Vicksburg District employee, provides technical monitoring assistance at a vegetative debris management site in Cape Coral, Florida, Nov. 3. In addition to the debris technical monitoring mission, USACE is actively supporting other Hurricane Ian recovery efforts in support of FEMA and the state of Florida to include Operation Blue Roof, infrastructure assessments and temporary housing.
