Fort McCoy Garrison Commander Col. Stephen Messenger recognizes Dale Marsolek and Randall Eddy from the Fort McCoy Garrison Installation Safety Office at the workforce town hall on October 27, 2022. Fort McCoy received the Fiscal Year 2022 Army Safety Excellence Streamer Award largely due to their efforts. This is the installation's sixth Army Safety Excellence Streamer Award.
Col. Messenger also discussed his assessment from his first 90 days in command, results from the command climate survey, and his vision and goals for the future. The installation held two sessions for the workforce, and recorded the event for those who could not attend. Col. Messenger assumed command on July 14, 2022.
