NAVAL SUPPORT ACTIVITY SOUDA BAY, Greece (Nov. 03, 2022) Lt. Col. Michael Kendall, U.S. Air Force, 90th Expeditionary Fighter Squadron (EFS) commander, thanks Capt. Odin J. Klug, commanding officer, Naval Support Activity (NSA) Souda Bay, for the support NSA Souda Bay provided during an Agile Combat Employment (ACE) exercise conducted by 90th EFS. F-22 Raptors from 90th EFS arrived in Souda Bay, Crete on Oct. 20, 2022 to conduct ACE, which is part of routine training for U.S. Airmen to operate from different locations with varying levels of capacity and support to strengthen the ability to deploy, survive, operate, and successfully maneuver. NSA Souda Bay is an operational ashore installation which enables and supports U.S., Allied, Coalition, and Partner nation forces to preserve security and stability in the European, African, and Central Command areas of responsibility.
